All above rates are per room, per night and are inclusive of breakfast, service charge and exclusive of 18 % VAT. Participants who book minimum 3 nights accommodation will be entitled to join a complimentary city tour “Panoramic City Tour”.

Reservation
When booking please complete reservation form either online or by fax and submit to Topkon Congress Services, Istanbul, not later than May 1st, 2008. Requests will be accepted therafter, however, hotel accommodation is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. After this deadline, bookings are only possible against full payment by credit card, and an extra handling fee of 20 Euro will be charged.

Payment Policy (for individual bookings)
To guarantee your reservation a deposit of 300 Euro per room for the deluxe and 5 star hotels, 200 Euro per room for 4 star hotels and 100 Euro per room for 3 star hotels is required. Please include either a copy of your bank transfer to our account in Isbank Selamicesme Branch or provide a credit card that we shall debit from. Upon receipt of the deposit, each participant will receive a final confirmation with an invoice. Full payment has to be made to Topkon Conress Services by March 15th, 2008. Do not send any payment to the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy (for individual bookings)
Hotel deposits less a processing fee of 30 Euro will be refunded provided a written cancellation is received by Topkon Congress Services before Feb 1st, 2008. For the cancellations between Feb 1st - March 15th, 2008, full refund less one night fee will be provided. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after March 15th, 2008.
