Cancellation Policy
Registration payments less a processing fee of 30 Euro will be refunded if written cancellation is received by TOPKON Congress Services before Feb 1st, 2008. For any cancellation received between Feb 1st and March 15th, 50% cancellation fees will be applied. Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after March 15th, 2008.
All documents including the registration package (congress bag, name badge, invitations) will be handed out to the registered participants at the registration desks during the congress.
